STATUTORY INTERMEDIARY SAFE HARBOR (IT ACT SEC 79)

VERNUNT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED operates strictly as an Intermediary Platform under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India). All playmates, daycares, groups, activities, and merchant listings are third-party user-generated discovery services provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

1. Mandatory Parental Custody & Zero Platform Supervision

Vernunt is a digital connection technology and DOES NOT provide daycare supervision, guardianship, child transportation, or background guarantee. Parents and legal guardians retain 100% legal custody, duty of care, and physical oversight of their children at all times.

2. Liquidated Damages & ₹100 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Vernunt's total cumulative aggregate liability for any and all claims, bodily injuries, property losses, or disputes shall never exceed the total amount paid by the user in the past 30 days or ₹100 INR (One Hundred Indian Rupees), whichever is lower.

3. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All claims must be brought individually. All disputes shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
